I use my camera lens to create pictures – applying light, colour, objects and textures as my tools to freeze time; to break down the never-ending flow of minutes, hours, days and years into split-seconds that will last forever. I create images while you talk. I create images while I listen. I create images in my head, in my thoughts and with my emotions. Everywhere I go, in everything I see … I use my tools to build new images. These pictures that I form in my mind create the depth that I strive for … and in that depth there is honesty. In order to do that, I have to be open and truthful as a photographer. Openness and honesty allow for an exchange of energy between me and my subject matter, enabling me to create images that will make you happy.  When I create your image, I want to feel your joy and share in your sadness.
